Forbes Exposes Fabulous Moolah

I love Luna, and tbh I don’t think she’ll ever be memorialized and I didn’t see the relevance of using her name, but why not use her name as a way to acknowledge that she was arguably the most notoriously snubbed woman who should have held the women’s title, but never did due to the way women were framed and treated during her tenure? Why not highlight the underappreciated women of the past and the present through this battle royal—include women who have not had a chance to hold a championship or have been around for years and are underappreciated? Of course, this all requires too much acknowledgement of past mistakes and actually owning up to them, so it ain’t gonna happen, but it’s a cuTe idea.

As House said probably because of the MYC that should be an annual thing. They have so many more decorated women they could have chosen though. Especially considering this day and age granted the name won’t be changed either way because of the negativity.

Fjfhdjdjdj; I forgot completely about the MYC! Like you said though, there’s literally plenty of alternatives to choose from. Or if WWE are really that against giving girls like Luna and Chyna some (much deserved) recognition, then just don’t go for the whole memorial concept at all, because highlighting someone with as many skeletons in their closet as Moolah is only going to come back and bite them in the ass.

The love for Moolah has never made sense in my mind but considering she did more harm than good. They already have a trophy made and announced the match knowing there would be backlash so it is what it is.

When did the narrative about Chyna change?

Are we forgetting the times she assaulted her fiancé in front of his kids or beat up her friends?

Porn isn’t the only reason WWE has blacklisted her. She even went around calling HHH a paedophile.

I honestly thought they were done promoting Moolah after they chose to name the MYC after Mae Young over her. Seriously, what were they thinking? :brandon2:

Also, this is the least of all her flaws, but Moolah wasn’t a very good wrestler at all.

All she did was rest holds and stiff punches and kicks. She rarely sold for anyone and her work was incredibly unsafe because she would legit punch her opponents rather than working them.

A good wrestler makes their opponent look like a million dollars. All Moolah did was make herself look like a cunt.

She's still better than Moolah and at least she actually contributed to women's wrestling rather than setting it back. Personally, I don't think they needed to go for the memorial concept at all but if it is I'd rather it be someone like Mae or Luna. Moolah was like the worst possible choice.

I'd be satisfied if they would just acknowledge gerls like Luna, Tori, Bull Nakano, Bertha Faye, Victoria, Jazz, etc. At least put them in a damn video package :laycry:

Also everything said about Luna was spot on. :shook:
