I'm really not too much of a movie nerd but now that this has begun I wish I did like the rest of y'all and just googled a list to send in.

I thought it was just 20, how did this change to 30? Now do I have to add 10 more?

I'm legit shook that Dorothy actually made the Top 30. I legit didn't expect any pre-80's girlies to make the list :shook:

I'm so mad I didn't think of Pulp Fiction tbh. I could've had an excuse to add Uma twice to my list

No cjjvcjv, I only wanted you guys to list 20 for the purpose of tallying (and it'd be easier than having to list 30).

Ok. Glad I wasn't being an idiot and somehow missing out on a part of this.

I'm gonna do every other day, two max so I don't overload myself too much (and to drag it out a bit since the next countdown cooking up isn't coming until like mid October). Next batch in an hour :newspaper:

Respect. It’s a gif heavy chart to get out plus hype builders.

Is this a foreshadowing of your reaction to Mitchie Torres being Top 10 over Sharpay?

Giselle (played by Amy Adams) — Enchanted, 2007

An archetypal Disney princess trapped in a modern New York City, Giselle is as charming as they come and evidently defined some childhoods with her meta-ness (I know that's not a word). It's because of this extremely lovable character that Amy Adam's career quickly took off afterward.

I'm coming out as one of the voters. Enchanted is a great movie and Giselle is lovable as hell, idc

Annie Wilkes (played by Kathy Bates) — Misery, 1990 / Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (played by Elizabeth Olsen) — Marvel Cinematic Universe, 2014-2019

For our second tie we have two passionate women who use very different means to avenge what they feel was lost and fight for what they feel is right/just --- qualities worth admiring. What's not so admirable? Maybe holding someone hostage and bludgeoning their feet from their ankles in Annie's case, depending on who you ask (I'm sure if given the opportunity, Wanda would have done the same to Thanos)! In the end, both women have left a lasting impression on cinema, with Stephen King's Annie Wilkes pushing Kathy Bates to win an Academy Award for Best Actress, and Scarlet Witch gaining a legion of loyal fans, beyond what her comic book origins could afford her. It also allowed Elizabeth Olsen to be part of the highest grossing movie in history.

POINTS: 43
LISTS: 3 (for Annie Wilkes) / 4 (for Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch)
HIGHEST RANK: 2 (for Annie Wilkes) (@Twisted Bliss) / 2 (for Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch) (@Shoaib.)
