Charlotte Flair Brandi Rhodes trade barbs on twitter

9 posts in this topic

CM Punk is very good at stirring up controversy. It is remarkable what he did after tweeting out that “no one is safe” with his WWE Backstage appearance. He tagged Tony Khan in that tweet and the rest was all up to Twitter doing its thing.

Tony Khan replied to Punk and then Randy Orton retaliated by bringing up an old corruption allegation about Khan’s father. Tony let RKO have it and then Brandi Rhodes replied saying it was a knock out punch.

Charlotte Flair replied back saying: “Please” along with an emoji of rolling eyes. This did not go unanswered from Rhodes.

Brandi Rhodes replied back with a single emoji of a clown face. We’re not certain if she was calling The Queen a clown or whether she was just indicating that she was having fun. Either way, this rivalry between WWE and AEW took a direction nobody expected.

Thoughts?

I’m tired of Brandi being talked about around here.

Charlotte was a clown for getting herself involved in this, but I don’t think she was actually defending the racism from Randy. I think she was just contesting that it was a TKO. This whole thing is entertaining af though.

Brandi is extra for even getting involved in the men's childish beef in the first place but Charlotte defending a racist shouldn't shock anybody. That bitch is racist also.

Brandi is annoying, but she was backing up her boss (Or boss' son? I don't know exactly). Charlotte really should've just sat there and ate her food. Neither Brandi nor Charlotte really needed to get involved, but Charlotte looks like she's defending KKKlandy.

To be honest, I find it all pathetic that everyone is trading shots at each other anyway. The AEW vs WWE is stupid down to the fact that all the guys are doing is trying to make a living, and do what they love to do. There is enough competition for everyone and this is probably just a way to make the other company seem “stupid”.

Both AEW and WWE need to stay off twitter and focus more on their products :hatnikki:

Brandi Rhodes was asked over Twitter if she was the reason why Kylie Rae left AEW immediately after signing with the company.
There was speculation that Rae had to retire from wrestling and that’s why she left AEW, but she’s been working indie promotions since leaving. This reply from Brandi Rhodes is the first official comment from anyone besides Rae and Tony Khan on the situation.
According to Fightful, they’ve spoken to around 2-dozen wrestlers about it, but they couldn’t get a confirmed story from anyone. Khan described her release as “amicable.”
