Seth Rollins Lands Role in Sharknado 4

      Recommended Posts

He'll be playing a character named AstroTech Lopez.

The NBCU network also announced what they swear is the final wave of cameos for this years installment of its annual orgy of excess, Sharknado: The 4th Awakens, premiering on July 31 at 8 PM ET. Among the names, Gilbert Gottfried has been typecast as a Today correspondent.

      Here’s the latest list:
      ·         YouTuber Andre “Black Nerd” Meadows as a Train Conductor
      ·         Comic Carrot Top as an Uber Driver
      ·         Chippendales Dancers as themselves
      ·         YouTube/Vine star DeStorm Power as a National Guardsman
      ·         Dolvett Quince of The Biggest Loser as a Trainer
      ·         Erika Girardi from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as Tech Frances
      ·         Comic Gilbert Gottfried as Today correspondent
      ·         Pro wrestler Seth Rollins as AstroTech Lopez
      ·         Steve Guttenberg as Car Owner
      ·         Hayley Hasselhoff as Supervisor Mary Jane and Taylor-Ann Hasselhoff as Pilot Shaylin
      ·         YouTuber iJustine as Supervisor Brock
      ·         MMA fighter Roy Nelson as Donnie the Paparazzo
      ·         Vanderpump Rules‘ Stassi Schroeder as Koening and Jax Taylor as a Guardsman
      ·         Paul Shaffer as himself

Sharknado: The 4th Awakens picks up five years after the East Coast was ravaged in last summer’s Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! Fin (Ian Ziering) and the cosmos have been blissfully sharknado-free in the intervening years, but now sharknados  have returned. David Hasselhoff and Ryan Newman are reprising their Sharnado 3 roles. New to the cast are Gary Busey, Tommy Davidson, Imani Hakim, Cody Linley, Masiela Lusha and Cheryl Tiegs. Sharknado 4 produced by the Asylum. Anthony C. Ferrante returns to direct an original screenplay by Thunder Levin.

As noted earlier, CM Punk appeared on FS1’s WWE Backstage this week and had some interesting words for Seth Rollins after host Renee Young asked Punk what Rollins can do to get his edge back.
Punk talked about how Rollins should just relax and stop tweeting. You can read our recap of Punk’s segment with video by clicking here.
“Just go on a hiatus. Delete it from your phone, dude,” Punk said of Rollins on Twitter. He continued, “Just delete it. You’re not doing yourself any favors.”
Rollins took to Twitter after WWE Backstage and responded to Punk’s comments, calling him a coward.
Rollins wrote, “HELL of a “response.” [face with rolling eyes emoji]. Coward.”
Punk has not responded to Rollins’ tweet as of this writing but stay tuned. You can see Rollins’ full tweet below:
