  1. From Diva Dirt: Former NWA Women’s World Champion Jazz spoke with AfterBuzz TV Wrestling & Sports on many topics including her recent appearance at AEW’s All In at the end of August. She shares her thoughts that experience and if there is any sight of her being part of AEW’s product in the future. “There’s really been no discussions as far as that goes. But no there’ s been no contract signed, everyone has been asking me that. There isn’t a contract signed. Honestly you know I’m coming to an end as far my in-ring work. It’s coming to an end. I just turned 47 in A
  2. She didn't need to challenge Stephanie & HHH though. Like when is that match ever going to happen?
  3. Some of you probably don't know, but i have recently started professional wrestling training just early this month, it was recently just a 30 day trial to see if i wanted to continue and i must say, it pretty much sucks (I am still not comfortable doing back bumps, and my cardio sucks balls), but i do plan on going back, hopefully in July, so at the moment i am saving up for the actually training. So anyway, at the end of my last session, my trainer sat down with me, and was asking me if i wanted to continue, and what i plan on doing in wrestling. I clearly told him that i wanted t
  4. We're about a month into this "new era" and WWE keeps trying to hammer this point home (you can stop now, JBL) despite not giving us anything, really, to back this claim. But what do you think? Will this era we're witnessing be the greatest in women's wrestling history (surpassing the revered Golden Era) or will WWE's laziness, lack of creativity and institutionalized main roster sexism make it just like the rest, only with potentially better PPV matches? Discuss.
  5. On a recent episode of Jim Cornette's podcast the "Drive-Thru" a viewer wrote in asking his thoughts on some of the past WWE divas. I'll summarize what he had to say since you need to have VIP access in-order to listen. Luna - Once had a match with Luna at a house show that went on for nearly 20 minutes. The show was sold out and it was among the most fun he ever had out of the few matches where he actually wrestled. Great worker, super athletic, had a genuine love for the wrestling business, and he loved being around her. Jacqueline - Worked along side her in the Memphis territory, WWE
  6. Peolpe like Rosita, Velvet, Maria, Winter, Jazz, VicTara, Young Bucks, AJ Styles, Carlito, Morrison, The Hardy Boyz and Team 3D has appeared on HOH
  7. Well, since there needs to be an active thread to celebrate Black History Month, this thread aims to celebrate the accomplishments of black women in WWE history, showing they can look good, kick ass and make a mark in the wrestling industry. Alicia Fox: Career Highlights: 1x Diva's Champion (first and currently only African-American Diva's Champion, and also the youngest Diva's Champion) Debuted in a big storyline involving (then) World Heavyweight Champion, Edge & top heel, Vickie Guerrero Alicia Fox capturing the Diva's Championship for the first time [embed=425,349]<iframe f
  8. Injuries have plagued the women of wrestling since the beginning of time and they have derailed the careers and momentum of females who were either at the top of the division or were poised to to become the top diva at a certain point in time. Candice Michelle and Christy Hemme suffered career ending injuries when both were at their peak in their respective companies. Lita suffered a near career ending injury in 2002 that kept her out of action for over a year and a half and during that time Trish Stratus had taken over the women's division that many thought Lita would be dominating. Various
  9. Stole the idea from Diva Dirt. Which woman do you believe had the biggest and best debut in history? I listed some options above. Vote and tell us why!
  10. Since we can't edit our old posts, here's one from a year back that I didn't want to lose. No big. This one's a pleasure to re-post, especially since I can add stuff that wasn't in the original version. 11 years ago saw what many consider the greatest Wrestlemania Divas match, ever. It's either that one or Trish vs Mickie at Wrestlemania 22. But, the build-up for the Women's Championship match at Wrestlemania 19 was fantastic in itself. It's really hard to imagine an over six month build to a Divas match at Wrestlemania, today. WWE Creative needs to take a look at how it used to be
