Possible HOF Inductions or a Reach?

      Recommended Posts

Do you ever see any of the following girls getting an HOF indication?

      • Eve Torres

      • Beth Phoenix

      • Natalya

      • Alicia Fox

      • Maryse

      • Layla

      • Kaitlyn

      • Gail Kim

      • Bella Twins

      • Kelly Kelly

I can see a possibility for Eve and Beth, but I think that's about it.

      Your thoughts?

But Grizzly my dear, you and your nieces aren't picking the HOF inductees

Gail Kim won a title her first night. I know Mariah said it in jest, but I'm going to make sure we're all on the same page. Gail won a title her first night on the job.

Not even one of my lower faves, THE fave My heart and soul ache

Co-sign about Eve and Beth getting inducted. Both girls left the company with HOF worthy legacies. Can't really say the same for the other girls on that list tbh. I might even throw Kelly into the mix too, just because of how popular she was. BUT I don't want to endorse that idea yet.

Basically if I can close my eyes and imagine a HOF video package without laughing

I don't see it for Kelly unless Torrie and Stacy make it in. Especially since she's their prototype and doesn't have enough accolades on her own to warrant an induction before her blueprints.

Beth and Eve and that's it. Layla only if they ever decide to induct LayCool as a tag team, which I doubt they will since that's a chunk of Michelle's career anyway and she's already a lock solo.

I can't believe I'm even saying this, but maybe they might induct Michelle as a solo star and then later down the line as a tag team with Layla like MJ and the Jackson Five in the R&R HOF. Has that type of situation happened in the WWE HOF before? I feel like there's a five percent chance maximum for this happening.

Primarily Beth Phoenix then Eve Torres. Natalya might also get an induction but i'm not sure.

Laycool will get inducted but I don't think Layla will get inducted on her own.

And honestly from the girls left Maryse and Kelly may have a slight chance as they often play up to their "legacies" and mention them on wwe.com.

That's what I was thinking too tbh. I could see them giving her the distinction of being the first female two time inductee since that accolade isn't possible for Trish and Michelle is kinda their next biggest golden girl

Lita or Chyna should get it first :newspaper:

Chyna is pretty up in the air though

Mayyyybe Eve, but that's about it. WWE isn't big on the women, as we know, and the only women who will ever have a real shot @ the HoF are Michelle, Sable, maybe Mickie and maybe Chyna as part of DX.

Beth has a better chance than Eve tbh. Girl was booked well throughout her entire career :newspaper:

Team Extreme aren't seeing it for now and they'd probably do The Hardy Boyz anyway. At this point, Chyna's ONLY hope is DX

Also AJ Lee but that's obvious :mariah:

I mean, unless she leaves on HORRIBLE terms, like to the point that it caused WWE deep distress, then she's locked as well and it's kinda unarguable at this point :michael:. But I believe Taylor chose that list of girls based on who's fates are really up in the air, not long shots or locks (hence the exclusion of Michelle as well).

I think Eve would be considered the more impactful. Like Lita said, it's about impact, not about title reigns, etc. Eve made history and he heel run breathed new life into a dying division. I don't hear people talking about how Beth broke down barriers, etc. In fact, I don't even remember how many times Beth won the title. I remember her beating K2, winning with Santino and practically killing Candice. But nothing she did was overly memorable while people remember Ms. Torres. I don't think any of them will get the nod, but of that list, Eve has the best shot.

Oh I know I just wanted to get that in there :laugh2:

Girls like Mickie, Melina and Michelle were excluded so I figured it was more for those who aren't clear locks for the HOF :newspaper:

Beth has definitely had more impact than Eve tbh and I like the latter TONS more. Eve's one stellar heel run (half of it spent assisting Laurainitis) isn't enough to put her above Beth who was THE heel from 2007-2010 and was booked as unstoppable. She essentially picked up where Chyna left off. In fact, WWE will probably induct her to supplement not giving Chyna her full due.

You're mentioning you don't remember how many times Beth won the title, but I don't even remember anything from Eve's career prior to the latter end of her babyface run onward :rot:

To put it simply, no. Eve has a chance but Beth is definitely more of a lock than her. Eves impact was felt throughout her last year, Beth had numerous feuds with the top females in the WWE and she is one of the most decorated and greatest in ring divas they have ever had.

Also see Mariahs post above, it more or less covers every thought of mine on this matter :newspaper:
