Recently, Taylor and I have been discussing changes to be made to our forum. Change is only a good thing and can only lead to new opportunities; opportunities the staff here, as competitive individuals, want to grab hold of. We want to see our forum succeed and we aspire to become the Mecca of women’s wrestling discussion. In light of this, we decided a change in the staff team is one way to keep our community thriving. The change in question? Three new moderators!

The moderator's duty is to keep the discussions fresh by starting new topics, encouraging active debates and removing and warning inappropriate content. Community users who are knowledgeable about the subject matter of the forum and willing to spend a few minutes a day helping the community grow are what make good moderators. With this in mind, Taylor and I made a strictly professional decision and chose Anya, Michael and Matias as your three new moderators. It's nothing personal and we really didn't want to take friendships we made with our members into account, nor did we just want to appoint friends for the sake of, because that would lead to a cliquey and toxic community. These three truly fit the qualities of a moderator and we are happy to have them on our team!

In other news, we have something to ask of the members of the Heartbreakers Community. In an effort to keep our community growing and flourishing, we kindly request that everyone goes out around the web and spreads the word of HB! We love the core group of people on here, but I think we can all agree that debates and discussions have become stagnant. An influx of new faces and personalities would certainly revive us and help us eventually become the premier location for women's wrestling discussion. So please, scour across the web and find people who you think would be perfect to become an official Heartbreaker.

Oops, I didn't congratulate! Well congratulations to the new moderators!

As for the third point, we'd love if all our members could advertise the link to our forum on Tumblr, YouTube, Twitter, and wherever else you can. Please don't just gloss over the third point. It was made, because we'd like you to actually help us. Thanks.  :filenails:
